Joint Making of the National Recovery Plan for the Plains-wanderer
In accordance with the provisions of Section 278 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, this statement gives notice to the joint making, with the South Australian Minister for Sustainability, Environment and Conservation, the Hon. Ian Hunter, of the National Recovery Plan for the Plains-wanderer (Pedionomus torquatus). This recovery plan was made by the Commonwealth Minister for the Environment, the Hon. Greg Hunt, on 15 June 2016 and came into force on 28 June 2016.
