Notice under Section 278

Making the Recovery Plan for the Grey Nurse Shark

In accordance with the provisions of Section 278 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, this statement gives notice to the revocation of the 2002 Grey Nurse Shark (Carcharias taurus) Recovery Plan and the making of a new recovery plan, the Recovery Plan for the Grey Nurse Shark (Carcharias taurus). This recovery plan was made by the Minister for the Environment on 31 July 2014 and came into force on 14 August 2014.
