Draft varied Threat abatement plan for competition and land degradation by rabbits

The Department of the Environment is seeking written comment from interested groups and individuals on the draft varied Threat abatement plan for competition and land degradation by rabbits.

The draft plan addresses the key threatening process Competition and land degradation by rabbits listed under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999. It describes the research, management and other actions to reduce the impacts of rabbits on native species.

The three-month public comment period will close on 16 March 2016.
