The Parliament of Australia enacts:
Short title etc.
1.(1) This Act may be cited as the Employment, Education and Training Amendment Act 1993.
(2) In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Employment, Education and Training Act 19881.
Review
2. Section 63 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection (1) “the expiration of 5 years from the commencement of this Act” and substituting “1 July 1994”.
