REGULATIONS UNDER THE COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYEES’ COMPENSATION ACT 1930-1951.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Commonwealth Employees’ Compensation Act 1930-1951.

Amendments of the Employees’ Compensation Regulations.

Commonwealth authorities.

1. Regulation 15 of the Employees’ Compensation Regulations is amended by inserting after the words—

“ The Council of the Canberra University College; ”

the words—

“ The Trustees of the Canberra Public Cemetery; ”.

Declarations.

2. Regulation 18 of the Employees’ Compensation Regulations is amended by inserting, after paragraph (a), the following paragraph :—

“ (aa) a commissioned officer of the Defence Force who has attained the age of twenty-one years; ”.
