Electoral Legislation Amendment (Electoral Funding and Disclosure Reform) Commencement Proclamation 2018
I, General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Ret’d), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 3 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Electoral Legislation Amendment (Electoral Funding and Disclosure Reform) Act 2018, fix 1 January 2019 as the day on which Part 2 of Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
