REGULATIONS UNDER THE EGG EXPORT CONTROL ACT 19471

AMENDMENTS OF THE EGG EXPORT CONTROL (LICENCES) REGULATIONS2

Certificate of authority to export

1. Regulation 8 of the Egg Export Control (Licences) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1) “in accordance with Form C” and substituting “referred to in paragraph 7 (1) (f)”.
