DRIED FRUITS EXPORT CONTROL REGULATIONS.(o)

Statutory Rules 1951, No. 103.(p)

Salaries of officers.

1. Regulation 3 of the Dried Fruits Export Control Regulations is amended by inserting after sub-regulation (4.) the following sub-regulation:—

(4a.) Notwithstanding anything contained in the last preceding sub-regulation, a marginal increase shall not be applied to an officer for the time being holding the office of Secretary to London Agency.”.

(2.) This regulation shall be deemed to have come into operation on the first day of July, 1947.
