1. Authority for making the instrument. Discipline Statute 2005, s2.
2. Purpose and operation of the instrument. The Rules define misconduct and describe the consequences of and procedures for dealing with cases of misconduct by students of the University.
3. Documents incorporated in the instrument by reference. None.
4. Consultation process. The Rules were considered and approved by the Council of the University.
