DETERMINATION UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992
Pursuant to paragraph 34(1)(g) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992 and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, the Australian Communications and Media Authority varies the determinations specified below, to extend the period of availability of radiofrequency spectrum, from 1 September 2014 to 30 June 2015.
