Rule 74

 

DETERMINATION OF CERTAIN POLLING BOOTH TIMES FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE 2020 TORRES STRAIT REGIONAL AUTHORITY ELECTION

 

I, TOM ROGERS, Electoral Commissioner referred to in section 18 of the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918, exercising the power under subrule 74(2) of the Torres Strait Regional Authority Election Rules 2017, do hereby:

 

(a)   DETERMINE that the polling booths at the following polling places are to be open on 28 November 2020 during the hours specified below:

  1. Ngurapai and Muralag

9am – 3pm

II.            Bamaga

9am – 4pm

III.            Port Kennedy

9am – 5pm

IV.            TRAWQ

9am – 5pm

 

(b)   DECLARE that this instrument takes effect upon execution.
