Defence Trade Controls Amendment Commencement Proclamation 2024
I, the Honourable Sam Mostyn AC, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Defence Trade Controls Amendment Act 2024, fix 1 September 2024 as the day on which Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
