STATUTORY RULES.

1939. No. 137.

 

REGULATION UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1939.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Defence Act 1903-1939 and all other powers me thereunto enabling, hereby make the following Regulation.

Repeal of Defence (National Security—General) Regulations, Defence (National Security—Ships and Aircraft Transfer) Regulations, Defence (National Security—Passport) Regulations, Defence (National Security—Aliens Control) Regulations and Defence (Monetary Control) Regulations.

The Defence (National Security—General) Regulations (being Statutory Rules 1939, No. 73, as amended by Statutory Rules 1939, No. 86), the Defence (National Security—Ships and Aircraft Transfer) Regulations (being Statutory Rules 1939, No. 74), the Defence (National Security—Passport) Regulations (being Statutory Rules 1939. No. 75), the Defence (National Security—Aliens Control) Regulations (being Statutory Rules 1939, No. 76), and the Defence (Monetary Control) Regulations (being Statutory Rules 1939, No. 77) are repealed.
