REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903, THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910 AND THE AIR FORCE ACT 1923.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903, the Naval Defence Act 1910 and the Air Force Act 1923.

Amendments of the Defence Force (Salaries) Regulations†
Senior Chaplain’s allowance.
1. Regulation 16 of the Defence Force (Salaries) Regulations is amended fay omitting the figures “ $332 ” and substituting the figures “ $339 ”.
Schedules 1-9 (inclusive).
2. Schedules 1 to 9 (inclusive) to the Defence Force (Salaries) Regulations are repealed and the following Schedules substituted:—

Application.
3. The Defence Force (Salaries) Regulations as amended by regulations 1 and 2 apply to and in relation to service by—
(a) members of the Navy or of the Army—on or after 26 November 1976; and
(b) members of the Air Force—on or after 25 November 1976.
