REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE FORCE RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFITS ACT 1973-1975.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Force Retirement and Death Benefits Act 1973-1975.

AMENDMENT OF THE DEFENCE FORCE RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFITS REGULATIONS†

Commencement.

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 9 February 1976.

Prescribed basic annual rate of pay.

2. Regulation 4 of the Defence Force Retirement and Death Benefits Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (b) the words Naval Forces or Military Forces and substituting the words Navy or of the Army.
