Defence Amendment Determination (Star rank amendments – medical officers) Commencement Instrument 2021

I, FIONA LOUISE McSPEERIN, Assistant Secretary, People Policy and Employment Conditions, for the purposes of the table in subsection 2(1) of Defence Determination, Conditions of service Amendment Determination 2021 (No. 4), fix the commencement date of Schedule 3 of the Determination as the later of the following:

  1. 5 August 2021.

 

b.       Immediately after the Defence Force Remuneration Tribunal Determination No 11. of 2021, Salaries - Star Rank Medical Officers – amendment, as made by the Defence Force Remuneration Tribunal under section 58H of the Defence Act 1903, comes into effect.
