Defence Amendment Determination (Child supplement and location allowance, and Special benefit payment) Commencement Instrument 2019

I, FIONA LOUISE McSPEERIN, Assistant Secretary People Policy and Employment Conditions, do the following:

1.  Acting under item 2 of the table in subsection 2(1) of Defence Determination Conditions of Service Amendment (Special benefit payment) Determination 2019 (No. 11), fix the commencement date for Schedules 1 and 2 to the Determination as 31 July 2019.

2.  Acting under item 2 of the table in subsection 2(1) of Defence Determination, Conditions of Service Amendment (Child supplement and location allowance) Determination 2019 (No. 18), fix the commencement date for Schedules 1 and 2 to the Determination as 5 September 2019.
