DECLARATION OF PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE OFFICE AND RELATED MATTERS
I, GREGORY ANDREW HUNT, Minister Assisting the Prime Minister for the Public Service and Cabinet, acting under s.3A(2) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 and s.33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, hereby:
In relation to the offices of:
Director, National Gallery of Australia
Chief Executive Officer, Australian Sports Commission
Managing Director, Defence Housing Australia
Director, Australian Institute of Health and Welfare
(a) DECLARE that all previous declarations specifying the assignment of these offices to a specified classification within the classification structure determined by the Remuneration Tribunal are revoked; and
(b) DECLARE that the offices are assigned to PEO Band D within the classification structure determined by the Remuneration Tribunal under s.5(2A) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.
This declaration takes effect on 23 March 2020
