DECLARATION OF REPRESENTATIVE ORGANISATIONS FOR THE GRAINS RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

I, BARNABY JOYCE, Minister for Agriculture, pursuant to subsection 7(1) of the Primary Industries Research and Development Act 1989, declare the following organisations to be representative organisations for the Grains Research and Development Corporation (ABN 55 611 223 291):

  • Grain Producers Australia Limited – ABN 63 111 059 995
  • Grain Growers Limited – ABN 25 000 245 269

 

This declaration revokes all previous declarations made under section 7 of the Primary Industries Research and Development Act 1989 in relation to the Grains Research and Development Corporation.

 

This notice will be published on the ComLaw and Department of Agriculture websites.
