DECLARATION OF PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE OFFICE EMPLOYING BODY AND RELATED MATTERS

NBN CO LIMITED

I, KATY GALLAGHER, Minister for the Public Service, acting under s.3A and s.3B of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 (the Act) and s.33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, hereby:

In relation to the office of Chief Executive Officer of NBN Co Limited:

(a)    DECLARE under s.3A(l) of the Act that the office is a Principal Executive Office;

(b)    DECLARE under s.3A(2) of the Act that the office is assigned to classification Band E within the Principal Executive Office structure determined by the Remuneration Tribunal under s.5(2A) of the Act; and

(c)    DECLARE under s.3B of the Act that the employing body for the office is the Board of NBN Co Limited.

This declaration takes effect on the date of the signature below.
