DECLARATION OF PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE OFFICE
EMPLOYING BODIES AND RELATED MATTERS
I, MARK DREYFUS, Minister for the Public Service and Integrity, acting under ss.3A and 3B of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973, hereby:
In relation to the office of Director, National Portrait Gallery of Australia:
(a) DECLARE under s.3A(1) that the office is a Principal Executive Office;
(b) DECLARE under s.3A(2) that the office is assigned to classification band B within the Principal Executive Office structure determined by the Remuneration Tribunal under s.5(2A)
(c) DECLARE under s.3B that the employing body for the office is the Board of the National Portrait Gallery of Australia.
This declaration takes effect from 1 July 2013.
