DECLARATION OF PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE OFFICE
EMPLOYING BODIES AND RELATED MATTERS
I, MARK DREYFUS, Minister for the Public Service and Integrity, acting under s.3A(2) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 and s.33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, hereby:
In relation to the office of Chief Executive Officer, Indigenous Land Corporation:
(a) DECLARE that all previous declarations concerning the classification band for the principal executive office are revoked; and
(b) DECLARE that the office is assigned to classification band C within the principal executive office structure determined by the Remuneration Tribunal under s.5(2A).
This declaration takes effect from 30 May 2013.
