DECLARATION OF PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE OFFICE,                    

EMPLOYING BODIES AND RELATED MATTERS

I, KELLY MEGAN O’DWYER, Minister Assisting the Prime Minister for the Public Service, acting under s.3A(1) and s.3B of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 and s.33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, hereby:

In relation to the offices of:

Deputy Electoral Commissioner;

Australian Electoral Officer for New South Wales;

Australian Electoral Officer for Victoria;

Australian Electoral Officer for Queensland;

Australian Electoral Officer for Western Australia;

Australian Electoral Officer for South Australia;

Australian Electoral Officer for Tasmania;

Australian Electoral Officer for Northern Territory:

 DECLARE that all previous declarations:

1. specifying that the offices listed above are Principal Executive Offices;
2. assigning the offices to a classification band within the Principal Executive Office structure determined by the Remuneration Tribunal under s.5(2A) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973; and
3. specifying an employing body for the offices;

are revoked.

This declaration takes effect on and from the date of signature below.
