Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973

 

DECLARATION OF PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE OFFICE,

EMPLOYING BODIES AND RELATED MATTERS

 

I, MICHAELIA CLARE CASH, Minister Assisting the Prime Minister for the Public Service hereby:

(1)     DECLARE under s.3B of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 that the Board of the Australian Postal Corporation is the employing body for the principal executive office of the Managing Director of the Australian Postal Corporation.

(2)     DECLARE under s.3A(2) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 that the principal executive office of the Managing Director of the Australian Postal Corporation is assigned to classification E within the classification structure determined by the Remuneration Tribunal under s.5(2A) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.

This declaration takes effect on and from 24 February 2017.
