DECLARATION OF PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE OFFICE AND RELATED MATTERS

I, MATHIAS HUBERT PAUL CORMANN, Minister for Finance and the Public Service, acting under s.3A(l ), s.3A(2) and s.3B of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 and s.33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, hereby:

In relation to the office of Associate Commissioner of the Productivity Commission

DECLARE that all previous declarations:

1. specifying that the office listed above is a Principal Executive Office;
2. assigning the office to a classification band within the Principal Executive Office structure determined by the Remuneration Tribunal under s.5(2A) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973; and
3. specifying an employing body for the office;

are revoked.

This declaration takes effect on 25 March 2019.
