Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973
DECLARATION OF PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE OFFICE AND RELATED MATTERS - AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL MARITIME MUSEUM
I, KATY GALLAGHER, Minister for the Public Service and Cabinet, acting under s.3A(2) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 and s.33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, hereby:
In relation to the office of Director of the Australian National Maritime Museum:
(a) DECLARE that all previous declarations specifying the assignment of that office to a specified classification within the classification structure determined by the Remuneration Tribunal are revoked; and
(b) DECLARE that the office is assigned to PEO Band C within the classification structure determined by the Remuneration Tribunal under s.5(2A) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.
This declaration takes effect on the date of the signature below.
