DECLARATION OF AN APPROVED WILDLIFE TRADE MANAGEMENT PLAN

I, Nathan Hanna, A/g Assistant Secretary, Wildlife Trade and Biosecurity Branch, as delegate
of the Minister for the Environment, having considered public comments as required by Section 303FR of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby declare under Subsection 303FO(2) that the ‘Management Plan for the Commercial Harvest and Export
of Brushtail Possums in Tasmania 2015-2020’ is an Approved Wildlife Trade Management
Plan.

Unless amended or revoked this declaration has effect subject to the following conditions applied under Subsection 303FT(4):

1. The harvest and operations must be carried out in accordance with the ‘Management Plan for the Commercial Harvest and Export of Brushtail Possums in Tasmania 2015-2020’.

2.      The annual report referred to in section 11.2 of the management plan must be submitted to the Department of Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities by 31 October
each year. The annual report will cover the period from 1 July of the previous year to 30 June of
that year.

3.      The plan is valid from the date of gazettal until 30 June 2020.
