I Jim Betts, Secretary of the Commonwealth Department of Infrastructure, Transport Regional Development, Communications and the Arts, acting pursuant to Regulation 2.07 of the Airports (Ownership – Interests In shares) Regulations 1996, DECLARE that the following funds managed by Dexus Investment Services Pty Ltd are Substantially Australian Investment Funds:

-          Australia Pacific Airports Fund No. 2

-          Dexus Diversified Infrastructure Trust A
