REGULATION UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901–1916.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901–1916 to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment of the Customs Regulations 1913.
(Statutory Rules 1913, No. 346.)
The Customs Regulations are hereby amended by adding thereto, after regulation 154a the following regulation:—
Packages for Butter for Export.
“154b. (1) Butter shall be exported only in packages which, in the opinion of an officer authorized to inspect butter, will not cause it to deteriorate rapidly and will not impart a taint to it when stored.
(2) Butter shall be exported only in packages which, in the opinion of an officer authorized to inspect butter, are strong enough to enable it to be carried without breakage when subject to ordinary treatment.”
