STATUTORY RULES.

1939. No. 22.

 

REGULATIONS UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901-1936.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901-1936.

Amendments of the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations.

Second Schedule.

1. The Second Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations is amended by inserting after item 16 the following item:—

“16a. | Potatoes for food purposes”.

Third Schedule.

2. The Third Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations is amended by omitting item 10a.
