Third Schedule.
1. The Third Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is amended—
(a) by omitting items 31 and 32;
(b) by omitting item 37 and inserting in its stead the following item:—
“37 | Rice and rice substitutes made from wheat | The intending exporter shall produce to the Collector of Customs a covering approval issued by the Department of Commerce and Agriculture”; |
(o) Made under the Customs Act 1901-1950 on 15th October, 1951; notified in Gazette 18th October, 1951.
(c) by omitting item 40;
(d) by omitting item 45 and inserting in its stead the following item:—
“45 | Sulphate of ammonia and compounded fertilizers containing sulphate of ammonia | The intending exporter shall produce to the Collector of Customs a covering approval issued by the Department of Commerce and Agriculture”; |
(e) by omitting item 46;
(f) by omitting item 47 and inserting in its stead the following item:—

(f) by omitting item 9a; and
