REGULATIONS UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901-1935.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth Deputy of the Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901-1935.

Amendment of Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations.

1. The Third Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is amended by omitting from item 2 (third column) the words:—

“A permit to export the goods in accordance with the Commerce (Export Dairy Produce) Regulations shall be obtained before the goods are exported”,

and inserting in their stead the following words:—

“The provisions of the Commerce (Export Dairy Produce) Regulations shall be complied with insofar as those Regulations apply to the goods”.

2. The Fourth Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (r) of item 6 and inserting in its stead the following paragraph:—

“(r) any preparation containing any proportion of any of the substances referred to in sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (d) and paragraphs (e), (f), (g), (j) and (k) of this item.”
