CUSTOMS BY-LAW.

I, ALLAN McLEAN, the Minister of State for the Commonwealth of Australia administering the Department of Trade and Customs, hereby make the following By-law :

A. McLEAN,

Minister for Trade and Customs.

The following Minor Articles, for use in the manufacture of goods within the Commonwealth, are to be admitted free of duty under this By-law, viz.:

Manufacture of Artificial Flowers.

Cotton fringe.

Cotton tubing.
