INSTRUMENT OF APPROVAL NO. 1 OF 2004

 

APPROVAL OF INTERNATIONAL MAIL CENTRE FOR THE PURPOSES OF DIVISION 1 OF PART XII OF THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901 (C.I.)

 

 

I, LIONEL BARRIE WOODWARD, Comptroller of the Indian Ocean Territories Customs Service, under paragraph (f) of the definition of ‘Customs place’ in subsection 183UA(1) of the Customs Act 1901 (C.I.), approve the following place to be a place for the examination of international mail:

 

Christmas Island Post Office

Canberra Place

CHRISTMAS ISLAND WA 6798

 

 

This instrument of approval comes into effect on and from gazettal.
