STATUTORY RULES.

1950. No. 47.

 

REGULATION UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1949.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL, in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903-1949.

Amendment of the Council of Defence Regulations.†

Constitution.

1. Regulation 3 of the Council of Defence Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the words—

The Minister of State for Supply and Development ;

The Minister of State for Post-war Reconstruction ;

and inserting in their stead the words—

The Minister of State for National Development ;

The Minister of State for Supply; ”.
