CORRECTION TO SCHEDULE ATTACHED TO DETERMINATION OF A PLACE NAME
This notice corrects an administrative error appearing in the Government Notices Gazette determining the names Allardyce Street and Kendrew Street.
Former Governor Major-General Sir Douglas Kendrew KCMG CB CBE DSO*** was described, in the schedule attached to the determination as holding the position of ‘Director Information at the War Office’. Major-General Sir Douglas Kendrew KCMG CB CBE DSO***, in fact, held the position of ‘Director of Infantry’ in the Ministry of Defence.
All other details in the Gazette Notice are correct.
