1  Name

  This instrument is the Corporations (Relevant Providers—Approval of Personal Qualifications) (Approved Forms) Instrument 2023.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under the Corporations Act 2001.

4  Definitions

Note: Paragraph 13(1)(b) of the Legislation Act 2003 has the effect that expressions have the same meaning in this instrument as in the Corporations Act 2001 as in force from time to time.

  In this instrument:

the Act means the Corporations Act 2001.

Part 2—Approval of application forms

5  Application form for approval of foreign qualifications

  Under subsection 921G(1) of the Act, the form at Schedule 1 is approved for the purpose of applying to the Minister for approval, under section 921G of the Act, of a person’s foreign qualifications.

6  Application form for approval of domestic qualifications

  Under paragraph 921GA(2)(b) of the Act, the form at Schedule 2 is approved for the purpose of applying to the Minister for approval, under section 921GA of the Act, of a person’s domestic qualifications.

50  Application of amendments

  The amendments made by Schedule 1 to the Corporations (Relevant Providers—Approval of Personal Qualifications) (Approved Forms) Amendment Instrument 2025 apply to applications made on or after 26 November 2025.

If a misdescribed amendment cannot be given effect as intended, the amendment is not incorporated and “(md not incorp)” is added to the amendment history.
