This instrument is the Corporations (Relevant Providers—Approval of Personal Qualifications) (Approved Forms) Amendment Instrument 2025.
2 Commencement
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

50 Application of amendments
The amendments made by Schedule 1 to the Corporations (Relevant Providers—Approval of Personal Qualifications) (Approved Forms) Amendment Instrument 2025 apply to applications made on or after 26 November 2025.
2 Schedule 1
Repeal the Schedule, substitute:
Schedule 1—Approved form—application for approval of foreign qualifications
FORM APPROVED UNDER SUBSECTION 921G(1) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT 2001
3 Schedule 2
Repeal the Schedule, substitute:
Schedule 2—Approved form—application for approval of domestic qualifications
FORM APPROVED UNDER PARAGRAPH 921GA(2)(b) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT 2001
