Corporations (Insolvency Practice Schedule) Delegation 2019
I, Stuart Robert, Assistant Treasurer, make this delegation under subsection 50-10(4) of Schedule 2 to the Corporations Act 2001:
(1) I revoke all previous delegations made under that subsection.
(2) I delegate all of my powers to appoint a person to a committee as mentioned in subsection 50-10(1) of Schedule 2 to the Corporations Act 2001 to each staff member (as defined in subsection 5(1) of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001) within ASIC’s Chief Legal Office who is an SES employee or acting SES employee, or holds, or is acting in, an office or position that is equivalent to an SES employee.
(3) Paragraph (2) has effect from the start of 2 June 2019 until the end of 30 June 2019.
(4) I delegate all of my powers to appoint a person to a committee as mentioned in subsection 50-10(1) of Schedule 2 to the Corporations Act 2001 to each staff member (as defined in subsection 5(1) of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001) within ASIC’s Chief Legal Office who is a senior staff member (as defined in subsection 5(1) of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001).
(5) Paragraph (4) has effect from the start of 1 July 2019.
(6) For an appointment made under this delegation on or after 2 June 2019 and before 2 June 2020, I direct that the person appointed be chosen from the selection pool below:
