REGULATION UNDER THE CONTROL OF NAVAL WATERS ACT 1918.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Control of Naval Waters Act 1918.

Amendment of the Control of Naval Waters Regulations.†

First Schedule.

The First Schedule to the Control of Naval Waters Regulations is amended by inserting in the paragraph headed Port Jackson”, after the words R.A.N. Torpedo Factory, North Sydney, the words Fuelling Jetty, Kurraba Point, Neutral Bay..
