Notice under Section 18 of the Public Roads Act 1902
Road Opening of an extension to Constitution Avenue
(1) Pursuant to Section 18 of the Public Roads Act 1902, I, the Hon Nola Marino MP, Assistant Minister for Regional Development and Territories, hereby determine the opening of an extension to Constitution Avenue, City, as shown on the attached location Plan 1.
(2) The opening comes in to effect upon the date of publication of this notice in the
Commonwealth of Australia Gazette.
