Competition and Consumer (Australian Competition Tribunal Registrar) Appointment (No. 1) 2021

I, Josh Frydenberg, Treasurer, under subsection 44(2) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, appoint Tim Luxton as Registrar of the Australian Competition Tribunal, for the period 28 September 2021 to 27 September 2026.
