Competition and Consumer (Australian Competition Tribunal Registrar and Deputy Registrars) Appointments (No. 1) 2026
I, Andrew Leigh, Assistant Minister for Productivity, Competition, Charities and Treasury, under subsection 44(2) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, appoint:
(a) Tim Luxton as the Registrar of the Australian Competition Tribunal for the period beginning on 28 September 2026 until 27 September 2031;
(b) Nicholas Parkyn, Jarrod White, Alicia Ditton, Camille Goucke, and Susie Stone as Deputy Registrars of the Australian Competition Tribunal, each for the period beginning on 1 August 2026 until 31 July 2031; and
(c) Russell Trott as a Deputy Registrar of the Australian Competition Tribunal for the period beginning on 20 December 2026 until 19 December 2031.
