Competition and Consumer (Australian Competition Tribunal Deputy Registrar) Appointment (No. 3) 2021

I, Josh Frydenberg, Treasurer, under subsection 44(2) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, appoint Geoffrey Segal as a Deputy Registrar of the Australian Competition Tribunal for the period from 20 December 2021 to 19 December 2026.
