I, General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Ret’d), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Competition and Consumer Amendment (Competition Policy Review) Act 2017, fix 6 November 2017 as the day on which Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
