Communications Legislation Amendment (Prominence and Anti‑siphoning) Commencement Proclamation 2024

I, the Honourable Sam Mostyn AC, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 3 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Communications Legislation Amendment (Prominence and Anti‑siphoning) Act 2024, fix 17 December 2024 as the day on which Schedule 2 to that Act commences.
