STATUTORY RULES.

1931. No. 33.

 

REGULATIONS UNDER THE COMMONWEALTH BANK ACT 1911-1929.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following amendment of the Regulations under the Commonwealth Bank Act 1911-1929, to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment of the Commonwealth Savings Bank Regulations.

(Statutory Rules 1928, No. 77, as amended to this date.)

Regulation 55 (h) of the Commonwealth Savings Bank Regulations is omitted and the following Regulation inserted in its stead:—

“55 (h). The election shall be conducted on the preferential system of voting.”
