provisional regulation under the “commonwealth public service act” 1902.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulation under the Commonwealth Public Service Act 1902, relating to the grading of the General Division should come into immediate operation, and make the Regulation to come into operation forthwith as a Provisional Regulation.

Grading of General Division.
Public Service Regulation 104 (Statutory Rules 1924. No. 53) is amended as follows:—
(a) By omitting from the Schedule, under the head “Postmaster General’s Department,” all reference to the office of Assistant;
(b) By inserting in the Schedule under the corresponding heads and in the corresponding columns the following:—
