1933. No. 74

 

REGULATIONS UNDER THE COMMONWEALTH PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1932.

THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS appointed under the Commonwealth Public Service Act 1922-1932, in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the said Act, and subject to the approval of the Governor-General, hereby makes the following Regulations.

Amendments of Commonwealth Public Service Regulations.

(Statutory Rules 1926, No. 212, as amended to this date.)

Regulation 67 is amended—

(a) by inserting in sub-regulation (14.) after the words “Trade and Customs” the words “and the Department of Commerce”.

(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (14.) the word “or” appearing in the fifth line.

(c) by inserting in sub-regulation (14.) after the words and figures “Excise Act 1901-1923” the following:—

“or the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905-1930”.

Regulation 70 is amended—

(a) by inserting in sub-regulation (6a) after the words “Trade and Customs” the words “and the Department of Commerce”.

(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (6a) the word “or” appearing in the fifth line.

(c) by inserting in sub-regulation (6a) after the words and figures “Excise Act 1901-1923” the following:—

“or the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905-1930”.
