REGULATIONS UNDER THE COMMONWEALTH PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1922-1947.*
THE PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD appointed under the Commonwealth Public Service Act 1922-1947, in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred upon it by the said Act, and subject to the approval of the Governor-General, hereby makes the following Regulations.

Amendment of the Commonwealth Public Service Regulations.†
Commencement.
1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the first day of September, 1947.
2. After regulation 74c of the Commonwealth Public Service Regulations the following regulation is inserted:—
Persons employed in the Repatriation Department.
“74d. The provisions of sub-regulation (2.) of regulation 49 and of regulations 100 and 104 of the Repatriation (Staff) Regulations in force immediately before the first day of September, 1947, shall, by force of this regulation, continue to apply in relation to persons employed in the Repatriation Department until other provision is made.”.
